WHO WE ARE

Mountain Division Construction is a growing Residential

General Contractor in the Winter Park area. We are looking

for a full time Carpenter to help us with our growing

needs and future work load. This is a full time position with

Salary pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine the dimensions and materials required
- Install cabinets, counters, molding, trim, doors, windows, and hardware
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in construction estimating and reading schematics
- Strong knowledge of various carpentry techniques including trim carpentry, plastering, restoring, mold remediation, masonry work, plumbing, etc.
- Ability to use power tools and other equipment safely and effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
